The GP's at this practice are excellent - The majority if the reception staff are too! I was mildly annoyed this morning by one receptionist who advised me that the booking in system would not allow me to book in because I wasn't on time for the 11 am emergency clinic - when I arrive twenty minutes early do I get bonus points!

I like and have confidence in my doctor. However why does it take so long to get a blood test done and the results back? From the appointment when the doctor said that I needed a blood test, it took 11 days to have it done and then another week before the results were back and the doctor was ready to discuss them.
